We want you to love your Snag gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original mailer and include any relevant packing slips to help our team process your request faster.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
